Massages are the main basic procedure of all body care programs. All types of massages combine the techniques of mechanical and reflex effects on the body, which helps resolve many problems, i.e. chronic fatigue syndrome, stresses, pain, signs of psycho-emotional instability, compromised immune system, restorative therapy after dislocations and injures, skin laxity, cellulite prevention, excess weight, muscle tone reduction, or vice versa – hypertonia, headaches, congestion, and edema. It is necessary to undergo a course of massage every six months in order to feel good.
